Mummy Lifestyle Syndrome (MLS)

After having my kids, I forgot about myself. Now it's all about them. When I go the the shops instead of buying stuff for me. Here we go again, the same old story, I buy for them.
I dress up in 5 minutes. Sometimes 2 minutes depends. Make up? Bloody Hell, Why I need that for? Baby Joylen will mess it up, and my other half always, sings that Bruno Mars track. "I love you just the way you are". Motherhood changes our priorities, but in order to be, the amazing Wonder Woman we need to look after ourselves, to refill energies to look after the ones we love.

My rules for enjoying motherhood with style:

1- Put the kids on bed and enjoy a glass of wine, or other fancy drink.
2- Take time for your partner. Don't forget that you are in this battle together.
3- If you don't have a partner, do a research to find the right guy.
4- Travel with the family
4- Dress up. Be a Cinderella at the ball
5- Accept that you are beautiful
6- Be a Wild mumsy, an adventurer
7- Teach your kids your culture, your values
8- Ignore the Gossips, People talk about you because they wish to be like you
9- Have fun, be yourself, be unique.
